# 💳Create a wallet

There are 6 wallets you can use on **WisteriaSwap**. In this guide, we will tell you about the most used wallet, **MetaMask**.

1.How to create a **MetaMask** wallet.

2.How do I connect my wallet to the **BSC** network.

### 1.How to create a MetaMask wallet

You can use **Metamask** using **Chrome,** **Firefox**, **Brave** and **Edge**. We recommend using Chrome as it is widely known. The steps are as follows:

1\)Go to the [MetaMask site](https://metamask.io/) with Chrome. **Download** it to your browser by clicking the **'Install MetaMask for Chrome'** button from the Download tab.\ <br>

2\)MetaMask works as an Extension program. Press **'Add to Chrome'**. Then press the **'Add extension'** button from the pop-up page.

3\)Then you will see a fox icon in the Extension program! If not, hit the **'puzzle'** icon on the top right page and activate MetaMask by pressing the **pin icon**!

4\)Press the **'Get Started'** button on the screen that opens.

5\)Now you are ready to create your wallet.

a.Press the **'Create a Wallet**' button.

b.Create a password of 8 characters or more. **Remember to keep your password safe!**<br>

c.The next step is the secret recovery step. Press the icon marked 🔒. You will see 12 words. **Please save these words in a safe place and do not share them with anyone. If you lose these safe words or are hacked, you will lose your wallet and assets.**

d.Confirm your Secret Recovery Phase by pressing the words in the order they were presented to you earlier.

e.Press the **"All Done"** button. Congratulations, your Metamask wallet is now ready to use.

### 2.How do I connect my wallet to the BSC network

You might notice straight away that we’re still dealing with an **Ethereum** wallet. At best, this won’t work with **Binance Smart Chain DApps**. At worst, you could lose funds by sending them to addresses you can’t actually use.We will show you how to connect your wallet to the BSC network in the following steps:

a.Click on the **"Main Ethereum Network"** tab that appears on your wallet screen.

b.Then you will have a **'Networks'** drop-down page. Click **'Add Network'.**

c.Now enter the following content and press **'SAVE'**.

1.**Network Name** : Smart Chain&#x20;

2.**New RPC URL** (: <https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/&#x20>;

3.**ChainID** : 56&#x20;

4.**Symbol** : BNB&#x20;

5.**Block Explorer URL** : <https://bscscan.com>

d.Congratulations, as you can see in the image below, you are now on the BSC network, not ETH.
